The following is a guide on where and when groups train.  Joining a training group is a great way to break the boredom of long training miles, and an excellent way to pick up advice and tips from the veterans of many a racing season. These groups consist of athletes of varying levels of fitness, so don't be shy, come and say hello.

Swim: Tobruk Pool (4772 6550).  Please see Luc Sennet for Training times and cost.
Monday to Friday:   5:30am, or 4:30pm
Saturday:  7:30am, open water swim/circuit, Strand Park. Great Fun!!! (20th May onwards)
Ride: Sun:   5:30am, Rising Sun (Long Ride 80 - 120+km) Usually to Woodstock and return
Tues:  5:30am, Tobruk Pool (Hill Ride) or Stockland (Pack Ride)
Thur:  5:30am, Stockland (Pack Ride)
Run Tues Morning:  5:30am, Strand Rock Pool (Hills)
Tues Morning: 5:30pm, Townsville Sports Reserve, North Ward (Track Work, $2.50 entry fee)
Sat Morning:    6:45am, Townsville Road Runners
